Refunds & Cancellations:
Please note that the charges paid by a client/customer, are refundable pro rata in case of subscription plan. In case a Customer is not satisfied with the Service/s provided by Emoneeds, they may send a mail to support@emoneeds.com or contact@emoneeds.com
Any purchased Subscription Plan is activated from the date of purchase and expires according to its duration.
In case, the customer fails to use the designated services during the usage period, the plan cannot be shifted to any other period, further, no refunds will be provided in such a scenario.
For plans refunds shall be made, on pro-rata basis according to the usage done and usage left on the basis of price of the package for the number of month the patient used. ( eg, patient paid for 3 month and got discounted package for 3 months , however used it only for 1 month, then the refund will be total money paid minus the package price for one month)
