Ms Rachana Kulkarni

Ms. Rachana is a psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Jyothi Nivas College and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is certified by the American Psychological Association and the Counsellors Council of India, bringing a strong academic foundation and a diverse cultural experience to her clinical practice.

With expertise in child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy, Ms. Rachana specializes in psychological assessments, psychometric testing and evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ADHD Coaching and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She has extensive experience addressing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and related disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship issues and life stressors. Rachana also administers Neurofeedback Training to enhance focus and attention, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for mood disorders and other relaxation techniques for stress management and sleep issues. Her research area includes integrating AI into neurofeedback training for adolescents with ADHD.

Currently, Ms. Kulkarni serves as the Lead Clinical Psychologist at ReACH Psychiatry and Counselling Center, where she offers therapy for individuals, couples and families. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults with ADHD reach their potential and supporting clients through anxiety, mood concerns and life transitions. She tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, combining clinical expertise with empathy to foster meaningful and lasting change.Ms. Rachana dedicates 45 minutes to each consultation and the charges specified apply to a single 45-minute session.
