Dr. Sakshi Anand is a skilled and dedicated psychiatrist with a wide range of experience in managing mental health conditions. She did her MBBS from UCMS, Delhi, followed by an MD in Psychiatry from IHBAS, Delhi.

Dr. Anand further honed her skills by completing a CBT course from the Centre of Excellence, enhancing her ability to implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy effectively in her treatment plans. Her commitment to improving patient outcomes also led her to the United Kingdom, where she qualified for the MRCP UK Psych A/B certification.

With over 4 years of professional experience, she has demonstrated proficiency in managing a range of mental health issues. She firmly believes in a patient-centered approach, placing a strong emphasis on listening to her patients and providing thorough explanations.
