Dr Sukhpreet Deepon Patel

Dr. Sukhpreet Patel is a rare Gynaecologist, with over 25 years of experience in her specialty; she now works solely in the area of menopause & per-menopause (the time before menopause).

After having successfully run her Gynae & IVF practice for almost two decades, Dr Sukhpreet followed through on her deep interest & passion for lifestyle and behavioural modification and its impact on women's health, especially during Perimenopause and Menopause phases. One of the triggers for this shift being her own experience of a turbulent menopause. Her professional & personal experience inspired her to create an online community for women over the age of 35 years to help them navigate through perimenopause and thrive through menopause and beyond.

Dr Sukhpreet’s education & training includes -MBBS and MD ObGyn from University of Mumbai & after MD, she did DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from NBE.

Dr Sukhpreet’s training as an MD combined with that of a Health and Nutrition Counselor (Health Coach Alliance, Canada) allows her to offer unique hybrid possibilities for perimenopause and menopause management.

All her online sessions will last anywhere between 45 mins to 60 mins.
